Francine and Mark Butler are co-founders of Community Arts Network of Delaware, Ohio. They founded the non-profit organization to provide scholarships for African American students graduating from Delaware County, Ohio high schools. 

Francine and Mark have a combined professional performing arts experience and advocacy of over 50 years. Francine is currently working as a public-school teacher and Mark is a substitute teacher and professional chaplain.
